"Car returned after a week with check engine light on" Initially, my problem began in November. I was told that a part had to be ordered and was told to call back to schedule an appointment. Called several times to schedule appointment and was asked to leave my name and number but did not receive or missed returned calls. "Still needs to fix my problem " I had a problem with the emissions on my 335d and I took it in for repair. A part needed to be ordered so I had to bring it back. This did not fix the problem so I brought it back again. They lost my appointment but apologized (stuff happens). They said they would come and pick my car up this time to save me from driving. I am still waiting for them to contact me to get my car. I will be buying a new BMW soon. Albany BMW is so much better than Macon BMW even with all the problems.
"Service felt is horrible" The service department is straight up HORRIBLE! I took my BMW in for several recalls and when I picked it up I had issues that wasn’t there prior to dropping it off! Prior to taking it to them I had no issues. My car was fine there was no noise no complaints. Now when I’m driving I hear a loud clicking sound coming from under the hood. "Bmw owner" The service department is horrible. The service manager is a bold face liar. He looked me in my face and lied up and down about what he heard his service writer say to us. Then his service writer proved him to be a liar. I own 2 BMW vehicles right now and I can promise you BMW OF ALBANY will never see a penny of my money again. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle or have your vehiclw service DO NOT TAKE IT TO BMW OF ALBANY, they are thieves and liars. BEWARE!!!!!
The car was delivered with no gas (computer indicated 1 mile of fuel), smeared interior windows, dirty glove compartment, dirt on edges of carpet. The delivery driver was pleasant and obviously upset. Further, I had asked for delivery on 11/2,3,or4/17 due to my wife's scheduled surgery but both Kieth and Rob said the driver would leave on 10/29/17 and would deliver the car by noon on 10/30/17. When I moved to Albany GA, I was informed the BMW had bad customer service. I took a chance and took my car for repair since it's the only dealer I seen. They failed to look at the car for a week. When I visited to check on car, the supervisor told me the person who took my car in was moved to another section. He took my number but never returned my car. It appears they all point fingers at each other but no one appears to care about the customers.
We went to this dealership based on a referral from a coworker with hopes of purchasing a BMW we saw online. The people were all friendly and anxious to sell a car but our experience turned bad beginning in the finance office with an interest rate that was not delivered. We were told the interest would be 3.9% . When the finance officer printed the contract the form said 7.9%. We were told the interest almost doubled because we added an extended warranty. ???? I had a problem with my X3 paid for the dignosis on monday, they found the problem and charged me for the part, said the car would be ready Wednesday, I called Wednesday and couldn't get anybody on the phone from sales..had to drive up there only to be told car wasn't ready and the car part was under warranty...I paid for a part that was under warranty! They said it needed another part and it would be ready Friday they would call me when it was done ..once again no call, drove up there again and told it would be done Monday.... read more
