My recent service experience was VERY disappointing. Since August 1st I had been calling the service department to schedule a regular service. It wasn’t until the 29th did BMW finally pick up my car for service after several calls to check on my scheduled appointment. "just took my 2017 BMW in for service. Also asked them to..." just took my 2017 BMW in for service. Also asked them to give me a price on new tires and 1 cracked lens on a fog light. I understand the dealership needing to make money but seriously I was charged 150.00 for them to look at the lens and tell me what it would cost me to have it replaced. Also, the sales department is basically the same. they gave me a price on a vehicle and then when we went in to talk with the Sales Manager he promptly jacked the price up 14995.... read more

"I went into BMW Albany to have my right front light..." I went into BMW Albany to have my right front light replace. Not only did they not replace my light but also charge me for it. I paid $258 for a bulb socket they stated they replace. I was in contact with Gill the service manager and I tried calling the Good Morning Kurt several times to advise him that after two weeks of leaving their my light went back our. "Service performed" Service performed, requested that they replace battery in remote control, however they did not do that. This was noted when i requested service but was not attended to.

"Lack responsibility" Service advisor and service performed were great. Service department manage rating is 0 NEVER return phone calls. There is difficulty every time scheduling an appointment

"Good service but issued with condition of car" I was very happy with the customer service I received but once I got home with picking up my car from BMW, I noticed there was cigarette ashes both in the passenger seat and floor. Then, as I started looking closer at the interior, I also noticed there was black stains around where the key is inserted into the dash. "service dept " The service dept tries to meet the expectations of their customers even if minor clicks occurs. I am of the opinion that I was sold an agreement that was a catch all for the exterior but now its not. I will not buy another warranty to cover parts and labor for a used car.

"AC not working properly" The only complaint I have was the price, which was higher than the estimate given over the phone. I don’t understand the $45 environmental fee?
