We purchased a 2018 X1 at the end of December. We cannot say enough about the entire process! In terms of sales, Marcus was very knowledgeable and friendly. He guided us through a very easy process to purchase our X1. The service department has been awesome in answering questions about the car. We love the videos sent to explain how they were able to assess and repair issues, as needed. We will definitely be purchasing more vehicles from BMW of Reading in the future!

Korbin was excellent to deal with and he was knowledgeable and very accommodating. We found the exact certified pre owned car we were looking for and he had it ready for us to test drive when we arrived for our appointment several days after making our initial contact. I would highly recommend buying a car from this dealership. I do not like the process of buying a car at all, but Korbin was a true professional throughout the entire process. There was no pressure; he allowed us to do our research and was there to answer our questions without being assertive ever. Ethan, the “genius” was also awesome, showing us all of the fun gadgets. He told us we can contact him anytime we need some help learning about all the options. Hopefully the service department is just as good as the sales.
I highly recommend the Service Department of BMW of Reading. Kerrie Hummel and her staff went above and beyond my expectations. Kerrie kept me informed of the progress as well as estimating the approximate cost. She also gave me alternatives for the situation. Kerrie also texted and emailed me a video detailing the problem and the solution that was being worked on. Every time I have had any of my BMW's serviced Kerrie has been great and very professional.
