RecommendedSo I’ve always had a great experience here but today they outdid themselves! When I dropped my car off for service I brought along my soon to be four-year-old son. When I picked up my car there was a BMW teddy bear on my son's seat with a card on it that said happy fourth birthday. Kerrie went above and beyond! Not only am I happy with my vehicle but you also have a very happy little boy! Thank you great job! 😃

What I thought was going to be a smooth transaction upon my arrival turned slightly ugly as the first gentleman and I did not mesh well at all.
