Ms. Carrie was exceptional and making sure then service department handled my car repair and worked with my insurance to get all the paper work necessary.
Carrie was awesome! Easy to communicate with and got to us the next day after we called. They came to my work place and brought me a rental while my car was being serviced.
As a female going into a dealership, it's a dreading thought to say the least. Mrs. Jennings was welcoming and knowledgable in what services I wanted and DID NOT just start offering services I did not need. For that reason, I was going to take my vehicle to another servicer for additional work but have changed my mind and will be dealing solely with BMW of Columbus. Thank you Mrs. Jennings for making my experience with you guys so comfortable and genuine!

I lost my emblem logo off my car during the car wash and call BMW immediately. The nice gentleman on the phone told me that they had a replacement and to come on in. I came right over and was serviced immediately. Everyone was extremely nice.
Prentiss and staff are #1, It's not about the car, its about staff making sure the customer being treated right and no less than that.
It is always an awesome experience every time I have had to bring my "baby B" in for servicing. Sharon is awesome!!!!! Would prefer to always work with her.
Every one was very helpful, did not have to wait that long I need a battery for my key. Very friendly! Did not have to wait that long before some one waited on me..
