Zack is phenomenal. Always patient. He remembers my name and face. I saw him out in the community. He remembered me by name. He recognizes the particulars of my vehicle. He calls me back in a timely fashion. He explains everything that is going on with my vehicle. Yes, repairs are expensive but he operates with the skill set of a physician as he explains my car’s “symptoms and treatment”
Just the absolute best service. Good service is hard to find, great service is impossible. Nice work achieving the seemingly impossible. Everything was perfect with this valet service call. Don't know where they find their employees, but they are all great and they go above and beyond. Even buying the car a year ago was a perfectly easy process. Please do give BMW Columbus a try you will not be disappointed.
