Two-star because the car was in and out within 4hrs. However, I took my car to the dealership for them to fix my BMW x1. The car had a puddle of water inside the back floor of the passenger side behind the driver side. When the car was fixed in December, they ordered the part and installed whatever the problem was. Behold it rained and my car was full of water again. I called Logan and he was nice and told me to bring the car on the 14 of February and reserved a loaner car for me.
