"I was told my fuel pump was bad. Still under warranty...." I was told my fuel pump was bad. Still under warranty. Then I was told it was THE STRAP. Not under warranty. So for a$12.48 part I paid $422!! Then when I picked up my X5 there was grease all over the inside door panel. Barnes was very polite.
"BMW 335I" I would never go back to this dealership for service I had the worst experience for service! I tired this dealership 3 times for service and it's the worst! Please stay away from this service department
"Found some issues that were not coming up in the onboard..." Found some issues that were not coming up in the onboard computer. The repairs were a bit costly but don't give your son an M6 if you can't afford the repairs.
