Took wife’s 2020 X5 in for final 3 year maintenance service. Called on 12/19/22 , appointment scheduled for 12/20/22. Vehicle service warning alert stated service due 12/22. Advised by Service Advisor coverage ended on 12/13/22. Which was 3 years from when the vehicle was purchased. I went in with my vehicle having a rough start up . I was advised about a update to my vehicle program by Zack the service advisor. It not only resolved the start up issue but where the radio wasn’t displaying the songs and I had been told by two BMW genious and the customer service dept that it wouldn’t display. They were wrong and the program Zack suggested I need ed corrected both issues . I called to personally thank him and he was awesome.
Logan Rodriguez did an excellent job overall. He also showed me the results of the vehicle walkthrough and provided advice based on those results.
