RecommendedI had a flat tire and took it into BMW Advantage Midtown to get it taken care of. The scheduling to make an appointment to come in was very easy. When I got there, they told me it will take a day or two to get it taken care of and ordered an Uber to take me home. Everyday they called to keep me updated on the status of my car. I was very pleased and highly recommend them!!!

RecommendedThis is my favorite dealership in the city. The customer service is always on point, my service rep, Omar, was excellent during my most recent visit. The customer event this past Saturday was spectacular. There was a DJ, gift bags, raffles with great gifts, complimentary breakfast, and most important, discounts on recommended services that day!
