Went there this morning to have my wife X3 oil changed, tire rotation , state inspection and replaced the gas cap. The service is fantastic thanks to Kristin for her wonderful help. She is cordial and polite. It is nice to have people like her working there.

Joseph is always helpful and quick to make my visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. Early morning service is great and relatively quick. Best BMW service center in town. Except this is the first time they didn't have any muffins or breakfast treats. Oh well. Good service anyway.
