I have dealt with Advantage BMW twice. They are polite, insightful, honest, hospitable, tolerant, ... Paschal Martinez is a wealth of information, and Manni is as well. Class act. My son and I were extremely happy and pleased that Paschel was so thorough in his assessment that he recognized an aneurism-type bulge protruding from one tire. Although this was not the reason we went to advantage BMW today, Paschel noticed this potentially fatal problem on his assessment immediately. Crisis Averted thanks to Pascual Martinez.
