Outstanding Experience!! Truth be told I had a bad experience before here before, but gave it another shot because of the new management. I am glad I did, the difference is night and day. The quality of work, customer service, and overall experience were all excellent this time around. Top Notch Service! It was a pleasure dealing with both Anthony Gagliano (Service Advisor) & Eric Lora (Service Tech) the issues with my car were resolved in a timely matter and car was detailed before I picked it up. 100% Recommend that you request these 2 guys to work on your BMW.
