Pamela Allen is a fantastic service adviser! She goes above and beyond to make sure I know what's going on with my vehicle, when it will be ready, etc. She's incredibly nice and makes sure everything goes smoothly. The only issue I have with BMW of Ontario is the coffee machine always seems to be broken, but other than that, I enjoy coming here and I'm so glad I made the switch from BMW of Riverside several years ago.
Having been a BMW owner for 15 years, and loyal to my service dept, I decided to give Ontario a try for convenience. Best decision ever! Anthony Zabala is by far THE BEST service advisor I've dealt with. He goes above and beyond for his clients and always makes sure we are well taken care of! He has a forever happy and loyal client in me! Anthony is a total asset to Ontario BMW, and the reason they now have my business!
