Have been a BMW owner for 14yrs & Love the service they provide at Ontario location. As soon as I drove up I was greeted by friendly & smiling faces. Recently my wife and I took our BMW 528i to BMW of ONTARIO. We had some significant maintenance work that needed to be done and a factory recall. We were directed to our service writer ANTHONY ( TONY) ZABALA We went through the normal routine to establish the work to be done. When making my appointments through service I’ve always gone with whoever has been selected for me. My previous visit I waited over 40 mins to see an advisor and grab my loaner car.
