This was my third time at BMW Ontario and it was a great experience. Will was my service advisor and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Got my loaner car and in 3 hours Will had my car finished. Great customer service and fast turn around time!

I LOVE coming here! I bought my car from this dealership and now I do all my services here with Anthony Zabala. He is a grade A service advisor here. I don’t trust my car with anyone else. If you make a service appointment here make sure to ask for Anthony! You won’t regret it!

Friendly fast in and out ...always ready to help to any of your car needs
I had a great service experience at Ontario bmw. Anthony Zabala helped me out with my vehicle. He was honest and helpful, making sure that all my vehicles needs were met. More dealerships should have people like Anthony. Dealerships sometimes get a bad reputation because some employees like to take advantage of people. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for service as long as Anthony is here. Once you find an honest service adviser they become like family. Thanks Anthony and keep on doing what you’re doing.
I want to Thank Manager Chris in Service outstanding service...as humans we make mistakes but let me tell you this guy is quick to fix anything don't let other dealers lie to you that they're perfect I rather have a real person keep it 100 with me and know that when a real issue comes up they will solve it... Every single time I need to take my car in for a service, last minuet Anthony always accommodates and takes care of me. I have a very busy schedule and getting my car in and out or if they have to keep it for further diag or repairs he/they make all the necessary accommodations to get me on my way with a loaner. Anthony always keep you informed on your car. Great communication! Thank you Anthony you are awesome!
