Great dealership!!! I always service my 5 series here. Anthony Zabala makes you feel like a VIP right when you pull up. Great waiting area with complimentary snacks and water. The loaners I get are always top notch! Will be going here for a long time. Will be getting my next BMW from them!

I absolutely love the stellar customer service I receive from Pamela Allen, Service Advisor. I have had several advisors over the years from other BMW dealerships however ,Pamela is polite, knowledgeable and responsive. I love all the staff at Bmw Ontario.
