What a pleasure to get Pamela Bryant in the service department on the phone! She is truly an asset. Answered my questions with professionalism and knowledge, got me a quick appointment with a replacement car to use and treated me like family. The rest of the staff seemed pretty great too. It did take a long time to get my car back, and the car wash was free and mediocre... but what a small price to pay for great customer service!

Had a nail in my tire and came here to get it fixed . Anthony z helped me out he was so nice he even gave me a car wash ! The shuttle drivers took me to get food and by then the car was done ! Definitely coming back to this bmw auto center

I had a great experience at BMW of Ontario. The customer service was the best I've had in a long time, from start to finish I was taken care of. I've been there twice and my advisor has been great, he has kept me informed on vehicle status and when receiving my car back has explained all the details on what was done. I wish all dealerships were this good when it comes to customer experience. Thank you Anthony Zabala and BMW of Ontario.

great customer service. within less than 20 minutes of getting there, they told me everything that my car needed (although i just went in for a recall) and gave me the prices for it also. Anthony was very helpful and told me everything i needed to know. got a car wash also and didnt spend a dime!�

I have purchased TWO 530i’s within 6 months.... Sadly, some hit and run idiot drove me into the center divider on the freeway. BUT!!!! I had no hesitation about ordering another 5-series at BMW of Ontario. My sales rep (Andres) is truly THE BEST!!!! Have been a BMW owner for 14yrs & Love the service they provide at Ontario location. As soon as I drove up I was greeted by friendly & smiling faces. Grabbed some complimentary coffee & watched recaps of the World Cup in the waiting area & within in minutes was greeted by my advisor Anthony Zabala. He’s super friendly, detailed & professional.
