Have been buying from and having maintenance done at Co's for over 30 years. With rare exceptions, I've always been happy with both. This last maintenance (replacing xenon bulb on my Z4 and running diagnostics to make sure it was only the bulb that needed attention) was very pleasant.

Very low pressure, polite staff, great experience. Tom wass a delight to work with, and even though we didn't find the exact car we wanted, the experience we had was so good that we will be back!
I change my tires at CO's BMW. Good service. Better price than other locations. They returned the car to me on time and very clean. I would go back there for sure.
I visited on 4/26 and met with Chad Stackhouse who did a great job of answering most of my questions regarding the 2018 X3. Taylor (Genius) took me for a good test drive so I could see many of the safety features in action. All making for a good visit and helping in my decision to move from Audi Q5 to X3! However, while I was there, another gent stopped by and said that BMW had stopped taking orders for anything requiring either driver assistance package.
