The price for my Cadillac XT5 was very good, Edmonds rated it a "Great Value". Tony Stuart was professional and attentive. When picking up my Caddy, the delivery was fun and satisfying by having my detailed XT5 presented under a silk sheet.
Work done to my satisfaction. Done as promised. Very pleasant service writer who also answered additional questions. I had requested a service loaner and that was provided.

Just purchased our third vehicle from Co’s BMW. While all three happened to be BMWs, this time we initially stopped in for a pre-owned vehicle of a different make. We trust their thorough inspection process no matter the make and have had good experiences with their Service Department in the past. This was our third time also in dealing with Kim (and Jordan) in sales for great attention to detail and their help and knowledge of the process, making the experience (and the X1 I ended up with) top notch.

The service department and service writer met all my expectations. Kos accommodated me with a loaner car and had my car ready for me on time in order for me to drive back to Wyoming in the same day.
All employees that I dealt with were very friendly and courteous. The service writer was very thorough on explanation of issue with vehicle and was given options for repair. Very pleased with overall experience.
We stopped by recently to check out the new X3. We were helped immediately and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally we have our 2 other BMWs serviced at Co's and I am always pleased with the service as the staff is very professional. The staff always takes the time to discuss the work being done and options. Highly recommended.
