It's interesting that I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes from BMW. The salesperson Tom Dahlberg and Tony Stuart both helped me with the test drive. Tony was really helpful to take care of all of our needs, such as taking the car to Mercedes to do the pre-purchase inspection(PPI), getting his manager's approval to replace some items identified in the PPI, and helping with all paper work very efficiently. Purchased a 2014 certified preowned 328i xDrive. It was very easy to work with this dealership and specifically our salesperson Gregg. He quickly answered all questions and took care of all of our needs professional and efficiently. This dealer is over 200 miles away and our mechanics source all of their BMW parts from Co's. That speaks volumes.
I brought my 2007 328xi to get checked out on 10 Nov 2017 to make sure everything was okay. Konnor Morgan, my service advisor immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome. I was offered a ride to the nearby shopping strip and Mr. Lee was very courteous to my mother and I. The whole visit went smooth and found that there are issues with my oil gaskets. Konnor adviced me on what needs to be done but he wasn’t pushy at all. He did make sure I have all the information that I need to make an informed decision.

Everything moved efficient, Kim we professional and prompt with moving paper work. Would have liked to see a better lounge, of purchased BMW products, drinks, cookies or popcorn that kind of thing. But the overall experience was fast and good.
This is the second vehicle we have purchased from CO’s. Kim Caloway was who we first bought from four years ago and we purchased from her again. The process from start to finish was fast, easy, respectful, and most of all fair.
Negotiated via email and had no issues. From California and they took care of all the confusing California tax issues. Gave me a reasonable price for my trade-in.
Everyone was helpful, friendly and nice. Helped me find a vehicle that I love and they were patient with me while I made several different decisions. Now I'm in a beautiful car I love to drive!
