We have purchased two cars from Co’s and always have them serviced there. Very pleased with both warranty /recall and maintaince work. Nice lobby if you chose to wait or shuttle service. Service advisors are very professional. Highly recommend.
Cos BMW is a great car dealer - as I have bought my last 4 cars there consecutively during the past 10 years - and they always provide great service and purchases.
90% of service is how I am treated. So far the staff has always been friendly and responsive. Everyone has treated me like they want my businness. I like that they remind me of service intervals and let me know what is going on.
While having our beloved 1998 E36 repaired I started eyeing the end of year deals. We ended up getting a 2017 320i. Colin again was outstanding in helping us to decide. Colin also help get us a good deal on a used car for our grandson. I did shop other dealers but always it comes back to CO's. I like dealing with car people. We share a bond with our cars. When ever I buy a car I price shop with other dealers. I look at book values on my trade. I evaluate dealers willingness to work with me on my purchase. My experiences have shown Co’s BMW to be the best of Dealers in the Denver area.
We have both our 1998 and 2016 3 series serviced at Co's. The staff really knows how to take care of us. Brian is our service advisor. He knows our names and also refers to our cars their pet names :) Being true car guys at Co's they understand the bond we have with our cars. I purchased a new 2018 BMW from COs BMW in Loveland 12/09. It was a great experience without going back and forth playing the "game" most dealerships and salespeople do. They were upfront with the costs, and my trade in. Kim C. was my salesperson and she was fabulous, and knowledgeable with all my questions. Finance was easy... Everything went very smooth.
