Ordered a BMW and had a signed sales agreement in place. When picking the vehicle up months later after it arrived from Germany, the sales manager, Chad Stackhouse, bumped the price up to include destination and handling charges among other charges due to what he called an error on their part as they recorded the MSRP as built on the purchase agreement which didn't include the destination and handling charges. The day we ordered the vehicle and signed the purchase agreement I pointed out that they didn't include the destinat... read more

Matthew Sandine is by far the best salesperson in the automotive business. Definitely has changed my perspective on car dealership and customer service. Matt is like family and very caring and informative at what he does. Looking forward to a long term relationship for vehicles to come.

"The service department is deplorable! They have had my..." The service department is deplorable! They have had my car twice and both interactions were poor experiences! A year ago I had them look at it and the video showed the guy telling me it was a fuel problem and that the fuel pump was original to the car so that has to be the problem. Had it replaced. It wasn't fixed, called and scheduled to bring it back, had to pay even more for the correct fuel pump to be changed. The tech didn't actually test anything, just guessed... read more

"Horrible service since changing to John Elway ownership...." Horrible service since changing to John Elway ownership. When owned by Co's, the service was spectacular. Now....miserable at best. After striking a pothole at DIA (construction area), car was evaluated. Cost was > $1000.0 for new tire, check alignment and some 'part'. They DO NOT ACCEPT OR WORK WITH YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER. Now USAA states the claim is less than our $ 500 deductible. No invoice provided when we picked up the car. Cannot contact anyone for a copy..... read more

"Took my car in for low oil light. Paid over 5k in..." Took my car in for low oil light. Paid over 5k in repairs. Large amount of unexpected repairs. My heater worked fine with no problems prior to taking to shop. Within 2 hrs after picking up after repairs were completed, I called to let them know the heater on driver side was not working. They took it back and wanted to charge me an additional $500 to repair. Told me something coincidentally broke to make the heater not work while in the shop for other repairs. Even though... read more

"Just Ok" Compared to the other BMW service centers we have experienced, CO’s falls way behind. Got a flat tire and left a message over the weekend to get it repaired. Called as soon as they opened on Monday and got put into voicemail. Once lunchtime hit, I called again and got put into voicemail again. I had to drive to the dealership to get someone to speak to me.

"Airbag recall service" Called the number on the notice to make an appointment. I was told it would be a four hour service. Told to contact CO BMW to make an appointment. I did so and was told it would be an eight hour service. I asked about a loaner vehicle and was told loaners were limited and was not guaranteed. I drove 80 miles from Wyoming and my wife brought a second car to take me to an appointment in Fort Collins. It turned out that the airbag didn’t need repair so the service only took one hour. I had requested an a... read more
