This was our fourth purchase from Co's BMW and we were very pleased with the customer service provided by Matt. The complete absence of negotiating on price has always come accross as arrogant on the part of the dealership owners.

Last year I was in the search of my first BMW when I finally came across the 7 series I wanted and it was located in Colorado. I got in touch with Brian and in less than a week I was driving the car back to Wisconsin. He was very polite, helpful, even waited an extra 1hr to pick me up from the airport as my flight was late. This Dealership is BMW worthy! I am the new owner of a 2013 X3 and i love it!! Matt Bailey was a great person to work with. A no pressure salesman!!!! .....and now new friend. The service department takes the time to talk to you about the work performed on your car. The turn around time on our car's repair averaged 24 hours. We were provided a loaner car if we scheduled our service a week or more in advance. Co's provided a rental car if they were out of their loaners but we had to push them to get one. I always receive a warm welcome when I come into the dealership and our sales rep even remembers my name.
