"True “service first” mindset" The service department is nothing short of fantastic. No shenanigans, no pushy up sell tactics, just a person who ultimately cares about getting your vehicle taken care of for you. No request is out of bounds. Looking forward to my next vehicle purchase from Cos.
"Great staff and treated really well" We had purchased a BMW X5 a few years ago from Co’s BMW. It was totaled in an accident. While awaiting the reimbursement check from insurance, they held a BMW X5 for us that we had been watching but we’re unable to buy untill our check cleared. They made it very easy for us to negotiate a reasonable price and to walk out of the store extremely happy.
"Unhappy with service rep" I called service to schedule a recall fix. Brian, the service rep did not return my call that same day but the next morning. By the way, I called about 9 in the morning. When I dropped the car I told him I needed it by 4:00 and he said no problem and that he would call. I called him at 4:45 and he said I thought I called. We were waiting for a call and it never came. "In good hands" I purchased a vehicle from a non BMW dealer that has very low mileage. A couple messages popped up telling me I needed to service a few issues to satisfy warranty. The dealership I bought from did not step up and CO's did! Their enthusiasm for cars and keeping BMW drivers happy is why I recommend anyone interested in diving these machines go to CO's as the first option.
"You already know why!!" Nothing to explain. You know why. Bad idea for your company to actually send me an email to write a review. You might want to monitor who these go out too.
"Be Warned!! Shady sales tactics" Just gonna warn you to not buy a vehicle at this location. Very shady sales tactics! Kim pitted two customers against one another on the same vehicle and whoever got the deal done first won!! The sales rep did not follow the proper procedure and therefore caused me to lose out on the vehicle I loved. Kim showed no compassion and did not care they lost a bmw customer, most likely for life. "Disappointing" The salesperson's failure to meet several (admittedly minor) post-sale commitments turned a generally positive day-of-sale experience into a nagging disappointment. I was told that the title assignment would be expedited if I went to the trouble and expense of paying by wire. I did, it wasn't. My promised clean emissions report (required by law unless waived by buyer) was "around here somewhere." Turned out to be a "go do it yourself" voucher. Classy. Brought my car in for repairs but due to age and cost of repairs I chose to purchase another vehicle. They provided options and insured the vehicle was brought up to their high standards and safety. Great experience and they will get my business again.
I purchased a BMW for my 16 year old. I took it to Co's to have them look at it at make sure it was safe for kid. It cost me $180 for the diagnosis. They came up with a few things that needed to be done and I was happy to have everything on the list done ($1750). A few days later I was putting stuff in the truck and when I pulled up the carpet, I noticed a huge problem. The car battery cable was rusted through and the battery was sitting in a puddle of water.
