"Great Purchase Experience" From first contact at 8:34 AM by Text to finalized purchase in person at ~5:00 PM, everyone was super helpful and wonderfully professional. Kirk Cordill sponsors Windy City BMW club events and treated me like family. Couldn't be happier with my choices.
"Recall and Scheduled Service" This dealership has good customer service and is attenuative to my needs throughout the whole service process. The service department works hard to make sure the scheduled work gets done in a timely fashion and keeps me updated on the progress.

I drove 1 1/2 hours from South Bend an it was worth the drive and finding this vehicle online at 11pm the night before. The showroom was also world class and all employees were very friendly and it was a very relaxing experience.
"Great dealer and service department! I had an issue with..." Great dealer and service department! I had an issue with a tow hatch that was not covered by BMW. I was not happy about that. The dealership and Nick Wilson (Service Advisor) stepped up and replaced and corrected the problem at no charge. It was a small problem but an annoyance that caused frustration.
