Joe Lobodinski helped us find the car that fit our needs and worked to get us a great deal. The dealership runs very professionally. The Sales Person (Joseph) at this BMW Schereville is very excellent in handling the customer. I did not have an idea to get my BMW - But the way they approached customer was very remarkable . My BMW was in for routine service. The service was performed very well and very fast. Amazing this being done in sub zero weather went all service department are over run with vehicles. Kristhy Murphy, wrote the vehicle up for service. Service Advisor Paul Harding and Bill Miller checked with me to make sure every thing was satisfactory. I have purchased 3 cars from Chirs Hardaway at this dealership, I have sold this dealership 4 cars through trades and outright sales and each and every time I was treated with fairness, professionalism and courtesy! This dealership is truly one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and I have bought and sold a lot of cars including their competition right accross the street (Napleton Mercedes) and they dont hold a candle next to these guys at Schererville BMW.

Just had normal preventive service. each of the three service advisers, Kristy Murphy, Bill Miller , Paul Harding took time from there very busy day to inform me of how my service was being handled. A follow up by Service Manager Howard Dwan to make sure I was happy with what was done was impressive. As I walked out the front door to get to my car Mike Gillespie asked if ever thing was satisfactory. VERY IMPREESIVE.
