"BMW purchase" The Salesperson,Richard Viole was efficient and low-key. I had 2 test drives to check -out 2 different vehicles. He was patient, and he answered my questions. The auto arrived in the time-period given. I was introduced to the controls,etc. of my new BMW by another person named Crystal Letsios. She showed me how to use the controls and instruments. I called her around 6p.m. with a question, and she called back early the next day to address my inquiry. So my experience at BMW in Tenafly was very good.

"Smooth Process" Ernesto was very nice and helpful explaining all of the vehicle features during our test drive and after our purchase. He had the car detailed while we completed our paperwork, so we drove out of the dealership with our vehicle. Landon was very professional and efficient explaining all of the vehicle warranties.
