"Another Great Experience" We recently purchased a CPO vehicle from Tenafly BMW and worked with Richard Viole this time. He helped me figure out which model I wanted, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, responsive and highly professional. All in all the experience was flawless and we will continue to return to this dealership as we have over the past 20 years. All team members in Finance and Service are exceptional as well, and Crystal, the Produce Genius, is phenomenal.

"Wonderful Experience" They have it all covered! From Jason Lee the General Manager to Ricki Shamen of sales to Sean Mohammed the finance manager, there is no better all round team out there. "Overall was good " 1. Richard Viole provide us very professional service and he tried hard to give us a great experience 2. I was disappointed to find out that the costume car was missing the audio system i asked to include in the car. i think that it will improve the overall experience if it will be easy to track what you order and what you get and not find it the day you pick up the car. 3. i spent almost 3.5 hours on the dealership to close the deal- i think that it can be more efficient
