"Professionalism" The experience was first class, not your typical dealership. We didn't experience of the usual salesman tricks of trying to get you to purchase a car that you don't want. Ernesto explained all of the details of my 2 choice's which made my decision even easier. Ernesto was by far the best salesman that I have dealt with in the car industry. It makes me want to only go to him for further purchases.

"effortless" This is my 5th BMW with this dealership and in particular with Ernesto Motto. Ernesto has gotten to know me well over the past 7 years and once my lease is up, he quickly finds my ideal replacement vehicle. All in all, a great and effortless experience. Crytal, the IT guru was also terrific and walked me through all the new features of my new car.
