"Amazing experience" We live in CT about an hour from the dealership. Euna was very helpful over the phone answering all of our detailed questions. She has worked in this dealership for a long time and it shows! She stayed 90 minutes past closing so we could leave the dealership with our car rather than having to make a trip back. Plus she has a great sense of humor.

"Amazing" It was my first time at this dealership and it was a very good experience. Stephen was very nice and I mainly worked with Ernesto Motta and he was a pleasure to work with. Very nice,funny, and honest. It felt more like I was talking with a friend or family member. I will 100% be back here in the future.

"Great BMW Dealer" BMW of Tenafly has a very professional and knowledgeable staff. Their client advisor Kevin Oh was very pleasant to work with. He was very professional and patient with me as together we found the perfect car for me and my wife. He found a 2016 BMW 428i Convertible AWD with only 8000 miles on it. It was in perfect condition. "Impeccable Service!" Let me just say that Euna was great from start to finish! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of. She wasn't overbearing as some sales people are, especially when purchasing cars. "Highest quality personnel" The sales woman and manager were both professional, friendly without being obsequious and extremely cordial at all times during the negotiations. "Best experience I’ve ever had at an auto dealership!" Ernesto was so knowledgeable, kind & attenentive! He answered all of my questions during my visit and responded to each of my emails in a timely fashion. I picked my car up yesterday and though I was running late, Ernesto took his time explaining the features of my car. I had such a pleasant experience with Ernesto as my salesperson that I’m certain that he will handle my next purchase as well!
