"Ernesto Motta - Excellent Customer Services" Ernesto went above and beyond to show his loyalty to our family as well as his empathy and understanding of my personal situation and was able to with the help of BMW of Tenafly management provide me with an affordable lease for my new X1 - He is thoughtful and kind and made this experience a very positive one.
"Amazing experience" We live in CT about an hour from the dealership. Euna was very helpful over the phone answering all of our detailed questions. She has worked in this dealership for a long time and it shows! She stayed 90 minutes past closing so we could leave the dealership with our car rather than having to make a trip back. Plus she has a great sense of humor.

"Great BMW Dealer" BMW of Tenafly has a very professional and knowledgeable staff. Their client advisor Kevin Oh was very pleasant to work with. He was very professional and patient with me as together we found the perfect car for me and my wife. He found a 2016 BMW 428i Convertible AWD with only 8000 miles on it. It was in perfect condition. "Pleasant and Professional" I had spoken to Ms. Wilson about certain cars I was interested in prior to coming to the dealership. "Impeccable Service!" Let me just say that Euna was great from start to finish! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of. She wasn't overbearing as some sales people are, especially when purchasing cars. I will definitely be back in the future when I am ready for that new vehicle again and I am definitely recommending her to all of my friends and family that would like to purchase a BMW.

"Best experience I’ve ever had at an auto dealership!" Ernesto was so knowledgeable, kind & attenentive! He answered all of my questions during my visit and responded to each of my emails in a timely fashion. I picked my car up yesterday and though I was running late, Ernesto took his time explaining the features of my car.
