My new BMW I visited Stevens Creek BMW to test drive a car I saw online. The test drive went well and I decided to purchase the car. The process was smooth, from negotiating the price to financing. Sara was great We enjoyed the buying experience with Sara. She selected a much better 2016 i3 than the one we came to see—the original had a mark on the side and was 3,200 more expensive. The finance piece was a little lengthy but not terrible. I would buy another car here and will recommend to others.

Great experience The quality of the car is good. The car is washed very clean and tank is filled up. Alex, the dealer helped me to connect my phone to the car. The deliver process is fast - just one hour including the financing process.

Fantastic experience Ken and the staff at Stevens creek BMW were very accommodating and thoughtful in their approach to client service. I drove a long distance to see the vehicle I eventually purchased. The car was cleaned, washed, and waiting for me when I arrived. Through and through great experience.

No hassles or headaches The entire car buying process was so smooth.
