Wondeful BMW They are nice people and we had a wonderful experience. Alec Kisin helped us during car purchase. Very nice man. We noticed an small scratch on the car and he kindly fixed that for us.

Perfect customer care. The service team provided excellent professional customer care to resolve the root cause for my X5d showing a "Check Engine" light. Brian kept me fully informed as the mechanic followed recommended troubleshooting for 5 hours to correct the problem.

Stevens Creek BMW Cant say enough of how great Stevens Creek BMW treated me. I was a little intimated to walk in there but i was treated and greeted by everyone and felt welcome and they understood what i was looking for and help me get my car and i could not be more happy i highly recommend

Excellent Customer Service and promises kept!!! Excellent buying experience when I was here to buy a new car (540i). Laura Blanc was very accommodative and ensured that we got the specifications we desired and made the entire buying experience stress-free and very pleasant.
