Nothing to write home about.... Not much for the dealer to do when you find the car you want online on their website. Dealership is a little chaotic which is odd since you make an appt to go and view the car. Service was ok, not really what you would expect from BMW, but she wanted the car so we made it work. Had to wait over a 1/2 hour just to go in and sign paperwork and the lobby was freezing. BMW X3 perchase They were great, I called the night before To arrange a showing on the internet listing.They agreed to hold the car for me until noon as I was driving four hours to get there. Mundo was there to meet me and had the car ready to show. The car looked great and appears to be in better than expected condition.
