Stephens Creek BMW - T J in sales T J is a genuinely classy man. The whole store worked well as a cohesive team. This store is not going to make much on the old 2004 car they sold, however you would have thought I just bought one of those super sexy i8s with how they treat you ! It was the only car I had come to see, and buy. T J treats you like diamond encrusted gold. Thank you all.

Excellent Customer Service and Buying Process This is my third BMW purchase and the Sales Manager at Stevens Creek BMW is one of the best I've worked with. The purchasing process was quick and efficient. I spoke to the Sales Manager about the car model, color, packages I'm interested in. The sales manager found me the exact car I wanted with a reasonable quote. When I stopped by the showroom, the car was available for me to test drive.
