Service Department Brought in my car for overheating issues, and the check-in was fast and smooth. I got a new service advisor Elvin, and he was awesome. I was getting an update from him every step of the way, and he was able to clarify all my questions timely. My car was done earlier than expected, and it was ready on the driveway by the time I said I was going to pick it up. They are very good and efficient compared to other service departments, that's why this is the only place I trust.

Stevens Creek BMW Did online research and knew what I wanted to look at. Salesman was easy to work with, knew what he was talking about and a nice guy. No problems other than it seemed to take a long time for a simple deal (4+ hours).
