Excellent! Professional service from start to finish... and with the thoughtful follow up, finish did not mean when I drove off the lot. My sales rep, Manuel, with 38 years experience at BMW, is excellent at explaining all you need to know about the cars, the features, the financing, etc. I'm very happy with my experience at Stevens Creek BMW and know it will continue at the same level of care and service.

Great, friendly service reps!! Great service! Very nice, and attentive service reps! Pretty nice lounge. I think they could do a little better w the location of electrical plugs. There’s only one place to sit that has access to a plug for charging computer while working.

Permaplate My wife brought the car in for a free interior/exterior Permaplate. The service advisor (Derek) sent a text advising the car was ready for pickup. I ask him to advise my wife as to the maintenance procedure for the Permaplate ie washing and waxing instructions. He texted back that he would advise her. He did not. Later that evening I sent him text asking if there were any special maintenance instructions and he never responded. Steven's Creek BMW - Service by SONIC Greeted when pulling into SC BMW's driveway from the Stevens Creek Blvd. Progressive interest when the engine light came on mysteriously, of course there was no scheduled visit appointed, but the guys went out of their way to investigate right away. And just my lucky day! A quick review of the diagnostic was a code that linked to a recall on a new technology sensor, replaced and resolved.
