Service of my M3 BMW Stevens Creek actually fond an additional issue with my car that I was not aware of and fixed that at no charge (part was under warranty), this while as always being very good at keeping me updated on the car, price and when the car would be ready.

Flat tire service I brought my car in for a repair for a flat tire. I was assigned an advisor which I did not meet because my loader car became available quickly. Later in the day, I received an invoice via e-mail for $400 for a new tire. I have a tire warranty! No one bothered to check even though it was on my paperwork! I first met my service advisor when my car was ready, I had to point out my tire warranty to him upon pick-up. He gave me a cursory apology and I was returned to the cashier. First service for my 2013, 128i. Ken was my service adviser. He kept me informed of the process. I went for oil an change. Got new spark plugs and a battery also. glad I went. i'll be back. Dale
