Customer Feedback BMW Stevens Creek Blvd. It was pleasant as usual. Tyler is very knowledgeable and helpful. The lounge is inviting and warm. Maybe put more reading materials for people waiting. Love the refreshments offered. I have been a loyal customer since I bought my car. They never disappoint me.

Excellent service I was very happy with my 2015 BMW i3 that was leased from BMW Stevens Creek 2yrs ago. So, I decided to have a new 2017 BMW i3 with a range extender. Ron helped me a lot to get a super excellent deal. Even though it was new year's eve with so many people at the dealer, he was able to finish all the paperwork, financing, returning my old BMW i3 in less than 2 hrs. Really excellent service. I definitely recommend this place to others.

Solid choice for purchasing a CPO Was in the market for a CPO bmw. Ron in the Internet department was super responsive and thorough. Sonic pricing is firm but absolutely competitive to the Bay Area market. Inventory of CPO was really good across range of vehicles. Steven's Creek should at minimum be on your list to when looking at CPOs.

BMW 328i Brian Mckeon provided me with excellent customer care! I got my car back within the time promised. The dealership offered me a shuttle ride from and back to dealership if needed. The dealership tried to make this a better experience for me since they no longer offer loaner cars for regular maintenance.

Stevens Creek BMW offers great service Excellent experience, overall. The salesperson was very nice and accommodating. The financing process was straight-forward and quick. I'd highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or CPO vehicle.

BMW Stevens Creek Review It was very efficient and pleasant. While the dealership had many X1 models on site, we wanted one with a particular exterior and interior color that had to be from another site. Yet that morning we had the car we wanted.
