"Super experience" Great experience. Fast friendly and efficient. Thanks! This was a recal service and everything turned out great. I was treated like a paying customer even though all charges were covered by BMW North America.
"No pushing for work needed!" Was great to have recall work completed and issues found during inspection was not pushed on to get done! Now I can talk with my wife and see what our plan will be to fix the car.
"Safety recall" Brought the car to service for a safety recall. Got a free inspection, a video with details and the opportunity to schedule time all at once. I will return to this ship to Service my car.
"Purchased a BMW X5" Very casual, no pressure. Allowed us to take our time going through several models and Cameron or Sales Associate was great. Not pushy like most sales people. Appreciated his help and patience. Dalal was very present also on the finance side of it. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend them both to friends and family.
"Kuni Service Dept" Easy to schedule my maintenance and my car was done on time plus was cleaned both outside and inside before I was told it was ready to pick up!
"Courteous and professional staff" From start to finish our experience at Kuni BMW was flawless. Steve Cho and Adam Murray took great care of us. They got us into the car we wanted with the deal that we needed. Grabbed lunch and the car and paperwork were ready to go when we got back. Perfect!!
"Great customer service" The service writer and technician both did a great job and we are highly satisfied! In addition, the dealership is beautiful and everyone is ready and able to please!
"Very professional -timely service " I dropped my car for battery replacement, they did a diagnostic on the car, they provided updates via text and phone to me. They also loaned me a car while they worked on my car. Audra , my assigned case worker was extremely helpful and respectful. The only feedback would be for the lady in loaner car department, she was not too friendly, but not disrespectful or anything, just not smiling and avoided small talks . I am satisfied with the service I received from Kuni BMW - Thank you!
"Great Service" Service staffs are great to work with. They always go extra miles to assist customers. There has been no issues with customer service since I own my BMW there. My next car will be another BMW at Kuni.
