"Fast, professional service even for a minor issue" I had a minor issue with a window in my M240 and took it to Kuni BMW for service. Audra was kind, communicative, and a true professional through the entire process, She even sent me a HD video of my vehicle inspection, including tire tread depth! "Service work" Had car dropped off at night. Service kept me informed of activity. I borrowed a loaner that was very nice to use. My car was ready and working nice.

"Excellent car buying experience " I thought I received a fair price and got everything I wanted. Everyone was very helpful and made sure they walked my wife and me through the process so there was full understanding. Our salesmen Steve Cho went out his way ( knowing my wife hates car shopping) to listen and give us great advice with no pressure. This is the second car we have purchased from Steve and probably won’t be our last.
