"Routine Service" Great service. Friendly staff, nice waiting area. Loaner car convenience is fast and simple. Washing the car and cleaning the inside are a nice touch.
"They win awards for excellence for a reason" The ethics for a dealership does indeed start at the top. They in turn attract the best salespeople (Client Advisors) This is my 7th car in a row from Kuni BMW. "Great Customer Service " Priscilla at Kuni BMW went above and beyond to solve a device problem for me that was not a simple fix for a variety of reasons. Thanks for the great work! Shortly after the service problem was solved I bought a new 330i and Israel and Dalal were fantastic. Sounds like Kuni wrote this review but they didn’t. I’ve been genuinely very impressed with the dealership on numerous occasions.

"Service Center review" Have been dealing with Kuni for years and Service Advisor Dan Dailey for my service items (custom wheels w/tires, brakes, oil changes, etc) and the service has been exactly what is wanted/expected. High-level knowledge, very courteous, and proactively helpful (not pushy). I'm a fan.
