"Always fair" Kuni BMW is always fair in dealing with hard to figure out mechanical problems. There is never a charge to find a problem only charge to fix it if found. Service advisor David Fernando is very knowledgeable always keeping me informed every step of the way.
"Recent service provided by Kuni" Provided recall repairs and part plus diagnosed some ongoing issues. Solved problem that other service shops could not figure out. good communication through Allen. Provided nice loaner car.
"Sales person was great Lara. Brady was great also" Finance person and process was exactly what I hate about buying a car. Very pushy sales technique didn’t seem honest. Ruined the experience. Everything up to the finance portion was great. Told me he was losing money on the car, must think I’m stupid. Hard sell on all items like warrantee. It was a complete turn off. "mostly good with a few exceptions" Nice people to deal with but I was surprised to see the car make it through CPO inspection with Blind Spot detection only working 5% of the time and ambient lighting being intermittent at best. The biggest disappointment was the use of Silicone protectant on the plastic parts in the interior and trunk. Apparently Kuni is so busy that they subbed out the detailing to people with lower standards re silicone dressings on the interior. "Service" Everything went really smooth! Priscilla was great to work with, I appreciated how attentive she was with us the whole time. I never felt pressured to do anything. I also loved the video the sent us of the technician looking at my car. It helped me visualize what was wrong with it.
"Service" Great communication about status of the vehicle servicing while I waited. Repair costs were explained in detail. After work was performed it was reviewed with me.
"Great people, great service! " I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and they made it happen for me. They even gave me more for my trade in than I thought I would get just to make it work. I appreciate Brandon and his manager for the work they did and will continue to purchase cars from this dealership!
