"Thankful" The staff is always great and gets the work done fast. THe location is always clean and enjoyable Drinks and snacks are always available and staff comes and checks in

"Service " Been taking my X5 to Kuni since I purchased it from them in 2012. Always helpful, efficient and friendly. Never had a problem with the maintenance. And if you are waiting there, they have special complementary services like manicure Monday and chair massage Thursday.
"BMW i3" Great service! Tried hard to find the ideal car for us. Friendly and provides good info. Came through with a final deal that we are happy with.
"Correctly Diagnosed Real Issue" After getting a problem diagnosed at my local BMW service center (which recently changed ownership), I drove 3 hours to Kuni BMW, whom I’ve trusted for years. They correctly diagnosed the oil leak and saved me over $400
"Great service" Great service as always.with friendly people and comfortable waiting area with made to order coffee and tasty goodies. So nice to depart with a cleaned up car.
"Broken sunroof" My vehicle is an older BMW that has been around the block several times. The sunroof was stuck in the tilt position. Dan communicated with me the cost to resolve the problem and by just fixing the problem. He was very understanding and supportive of my decision. I opted to have the sunroof manually closed and disengaged thus solving the problem. Told me there is still a lot of life left in this old BMW.
"Recall repair, diagnostics service " Staff is courteous, friendly and efficient. Loaner car was nice too. Good with follow up calls and always great to leave with a freshly washed car. Thank you
"Work fine/forgot to wash. " My alignment seems to be fine but the car was supposed to be washed after the service & it wasn’t. The car was done sooner than expected & when I asked if it had been washed, the service person said it had. Disappointed that it wasn’t and it’s not convenient to go back as the dealership isn’t close.
