"Great customer service " Our experience purchasing our used 328i was very smooth, informative, and relaxing. The test drive was also very informative and all our questions were answered.
"Flexible and customer focused" I brought my vehicle in for 2 hours of scheduled maintenance under warranty, but learned that a more extensive 4.5 hr maintenance was indicated as needed by the FOB (but still all covered by warranty). I was willing to wait in the dealership for 2 hrs, but 4.5+ hrs was going to really mess up my day. Unfortunately, they didn't have any loaners available, but instead of stranding me for 4.5 hrs they were nice enough to provide a rental car for me free of charge. "Great service and a chair massage to boot!" Great job Kuni BMW on my 10,000 mile service! Grant my service advisor was awesome! Hung out in the cool as in cool temp waiting area to escape heat and had great snacks that they provide. Please keep the lady doing chair massage. She is great!!
