I've been using KUNI service for 10 years over 3 different BMWs. They're very solid; repairs are done right the first time, they keep you informed, and there's no pressure to fix "extra" stuff they find. It's expensive, but the loaner car program (for me) is super convenient and saves a lot of time. Since they've always been honest and thorough, I've continued to take my cars there. Found the car I wanted online and was promptly contacted by the dealership to set up test drive. I ended up purchasing a different BMW from the dealership, and the entire process was fantastic. I worked with Patrick Murphy throughout the process and he was professional and very helpful. He even picked me up from my house and brought me to the dealership to finalize the purchase. Would definitely recommend Kuni BMW.

Dealed over email with Doug as I was leasing a previous loaner from out of state. Quick responder and mostly pleasant experience. Leasing numbers were a little fuzzy at first due to the team providing incorrect MSRP values, loaner mileage penalty, etc. Could do a better job explaining how WA taxes affects leasing. While the car also did have a different set of wheels on them vs. in person, they were nice enough to reduce the sale price. Great service - had “severely discharged battery” warning. Kuni service arranged. An immediate appointment and provided a loaner car. Service advisor was very professional and efficient.
All personnel were to the point and very courteous. Vehicle was done ahead of schedule. I was given a loaner to use. I would return again for service.
