We went to several dealerships looking at several different makes and models. The people at Kuni we’re the friendliest and gave us the best deal. They took a lot of time answering all our questions and patiently showed us all the various options and features of each car we looked at .
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with the team. I could not recommend them higher and would gladly purchase from them again.
Chris LaPorte was very helpful. He got me processed and in a loaner car in a very short time. Chris kept me up to date on my car's progress. Chris has a great customer service attitude and is excellent to deal with. I'd rate Chris and the service at Kuni BMW on this visit a 10/10.
We found just what we were looking for, a 2015 BMW 328xi Touring at Kuni. Our salesman, Doug Herschbach, did a super excellent job helping us to line up financing at a great rate. A nice guy and no pressure, I would highly recommend him.

First time BMW owner and this was my first time experiencing Beaverton BMW service center. They were there to great me when I pulled in and took me into the service department and introduced me to the service rep. He explained what would be done to my car and all the costs. When I picked my car uop he again went through what was done and the report of the service, walked me out to my car, which was washed and vacuumed. I had a great experience with this professional team.
Chris is the best! Professional, friendly and an asset to Kuni! He worked magic to get me in for service on a day I was not scheduled. All while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
Had it in last week and they needed to fix obnoxious warning signal. Got all the way home and found out that they screwed up the radio -- argh. Back tomorrow, again. Andra is more than understanding and nonplused by my frustration. She stayed friendly and working hard to deal with this. Wondering about the technicians.
