I have been to this service center several times over the past 5 years. In my experience, this service center is mostly filled with service advisors who have no motivation to help out the customer. But my service advisor this time, was really great. He was knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions and even found out that one of my repairs was covered by BMW extended warranty for that particular issue. Saved me a little more than $1K. Kuni BMW has Excellent Customer Service! They will go above and beyond to make sure you find what your looking for and that you are happy! After you buy a vehicle at Kuni and need help figuring everything out about the vehicle you can come back anytime without an appointment and they will help you! This is the only dealership that I know after you buy a vehicle here they will continue to provide you with the top best care and stand by their word!
Great customer service! Abraham, our dealer was nice, respectful and not pushy at all like most dealers. Jake, the GM was also nice and respectful while willing to negotiate a lower price for a vehicle with no push around. The whole process start to finish including a test drive was about 2 hours, which is quick in my book. We’ll definitely go back to Kuni in the future!
I have been a long time Kuni BMW customer and been overall very satisfied with my experiences over the years. No dealership is perfect and I have had a bump or two with Kuni as well but keep coming back because they ultimately take care of me. The service performed yesterday was smooth, my car was done on time as promised. We live about 4 hrs away, made a deal over the phone week later arrived and the car was just awesome ! Devin and Jay was just great to work with . Jay made sure that we were taken care of quickly so we could get back on the road for the 4 hr trip back home in the same day. Thank you Kuni BMW we will be back!!!
Dropped car off first thing in the morning. I was in and out with a loaner vehicle in about 15 minutes. It wasn't cheap, but it was a quality experience.
I had an issue with my battery and some water in the trunk. Chris in Kuni’s Service helped me so much. They were fast and went above and beyond. I have another scheduled appointment soon, and I can count on them to do another exceptional job.
