I've purchased 5 BMW's from Mr. Cho at Kuni. We have a great business relationship, He's helpful, professional and not pushy on selling me cars...a pleasure to deal with.
Easy to make appointment. Easy to get into a loaner. Very professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Only downside is that the part will take a week to arrive from Germany. But, no complaints.
Quick turnaround was appreciated. Corey called and got me in the same day. Quality of work looked good. $400 for rail replacement, part, painting seemed high

We purchased a gently used Audi from Andre and Kerry and I would describe the service as a "concierge" vs. a typical car dealership transaction. We flew in from out of state to purchase and I depended on Andre's honest overview to make the decision to make the journey. If anything he under-represented the condition and drivability of the car - not typical from a car dealership. I've owned many, many cars and I can say without a doubt this was the best experience I've had!

Over the Christmas holiday my X5 was leaking coolant, I call on for an appointment and got one for the 2nd of January. Drop off X5 and got a loaner, brand new X3. It drove great. They were able to fix my X5 the next day before noon. Manager even gave me 10% discount for being such loyal customer.
Drop off, loaner car and pickup all done quickly. Everything done on time and at the agreed price. Very nice lounge but I did not have to spend any time in it
