Couldn't have gone smoother. Every person I came in contact with was fantastic and professional. I am very happy with the whole process and the purchase of my car. Ethan's explanation of all of my car's features was perfect.

I walked in to the dealership knowing what I wanted. Cash in hand. Ben approached me, I told him that I wanted to buy the e92 m3 in 20 minutes no messing around. I was into the financial office signing the final paperwork in 18 minutes. Ben Dueber is hands down the best car salesman that I have yet to meet. Buying a car is definitely not my favorite activity but it worked out well. I was concerned that the sales folk would keep pestering us on the phone but Beni didn't, which was great. He also didn't waste a lot of time trying to work the "lease vs. buy" angle. The process was about as quick and painless as you could want for something this expensive (it's a car after all, not a cup of coffee), and he took a certain pride in making sure we drove the new car home that Sunday.
Just traded in and purchased a CPO BMW at Kuni BMW. The experience could not have been better, from negotiating the business online, getting fair and valid trade value for my CPO BMW but getting a fair offer on the car we wanted to buy. Our Sales Consultant Benny could not have been better or more knowledgeable about the BMW we were buying, but the one we were trading in, truly a BMW expert. Beni was great to work with. He was patient with me and helped me find a great car. His enthusiasm for BMW's is evident and that translates to a great buying experience. Ethan did a great job explaining all of the features of the car. I've never had a car with so many technological features but he made me feel at ease and helped me learn everything quickly. Our overall car buying experience at Kuni BMW was excellent! Mike and Abdul worked together as a "sales team". Mike was straightforward and provided us with the information we needed to make the car purchase that fit our needs. Beni and the rest of the Kuni team are excellent to work with. Beni helped my wife and I pick out the perfect vehicle for her. There were never much pressure and Beni was patient with us and is extremely knowledgable. He also had a Ethan and Joseph walk us through all the features of the car.
